1. To tap the respective territory market to connect, acquire and maintain car fleet operators to exploit the latent demand for cabs
2. Sourcing strategy- Develop and execute sourcing strategy to ensure demand fulfilment in market
3. Goal setting- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly sourcing goals to meet larger business goals
4. Operator/ Vendor Relations - Establishing and maintaining business relations with our existing and new operators
5. Resolution of Issues - Co-ordinating with internal departments and resolve operator related issues
6. Team management
