2) Coordinate with engineering consultants to implement current best practices in design and installation in accordance with legislation, Companys global engineering guidelines & statutory requirements.
3) Work with electrical contractors for installation and commissioning of electrical equipment & accessories.
4) Ensure timely completion of all electrical documentation needs of the project & statutory bodies.
5) Understand CQV (Commissioning, Qualification & verification) process & ensure vertical start up on all production lines from electrical engineering requirements.
6) Assist in bringing together the as-built drawings, SOPs, PM Schedules.
7) Learn and become a member of emergency response team.
8) Complete Risk Assessment of the complete electrical grid & power back-up of the plant.
9) Carry out all accountabilities within the operating and process frameworks that apply to all companies in the Group.
10) Work together with all your key stakeholders: line and functional.
11) Exemplify the Companys Core Purpose & Values and Leadership Imperatives in practice.
2) A minimum of 8-10 years of experience as lead electrical project engineer in Greenfield / brown field projects in FMCG manufacturing sector.
3) Hands-on training and job experience in testing of various electrical equipment in FMCG manufacturing environment; trouble shooting skill is an added advantage.
4) Basic knowledge of manufacturing applications (SAP), PC literacy in terms of MS Project & MS Office. AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage.
5) Good English Language and business communication skills.
6) Conceptual knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology, High Performance Work Systems & implementation.
