Designation Sr. Manager/manager - Facilities Management -raheja Legacy Trust (rlt) Job Description The designation proposed is at the level of Sr. Manager / Manager. The designation will depend on the level and depth of experience of the incumbent Responsibilities: To be responsible for the maintenance / housekeeping / upkeep of the assets and holiday homes of Directors / Raheja Legacy Trust (RLT) To ensure that all of the services provided are impeccable and meet the expectations of the Directors / Trust To set the guidelines for maintaining standards and occupation in accordance with the Directors / Trust To liaise with internal and external service providers to obtain the best level of service. To ensure that the assets managed are ready for use by Directors / Trust at any given time. To manage the administration, outgoings, property taxes etc. To get optimum value out of the assets eg. leave-n-licence etc. To be responsible for the recoveries eg. rent etc. To arrange for P.R. service and food and beverage during any events held in the said premises To make all necessary arrangements for the guests of the Company/Directors invited to the said premises To undertake all the responsibilities of an Estate Manager . To carry out other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time. To submit consolidated monthly / fortnightly MIS for each asset, as per norms laid down by company. Desired Profile Qualifications & Experience: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management Industry with 8 12 years in the field of Hotel Industry, Housekeeping / Maintenance of Holiday Homes / Facility Management Knowledge & Skills: Should be computer Savvy Should be open to travel to maintain assets at Pan India locations. Should be capable of working independently Self-starter Problem solving skills Communication skills, interpersonal skills, and good team player, good Coordinator, Efficient Time management, high analytical skill. Hard-working, Deadline Oriented.
