Project Manager with at least 4+ years of experience in the Software industry and at least 2+ years of Project Management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Agile projects along with cross-country team of Project Managers.
- Shield the team from external interferences and promptly sort out anything that is slowing down the team
- Work closely with the product owner and QA to establish the acceptance criteria for all user stories
- Ensure that the user stories in the backlog are prioritized and estimated
- Track the teams velocity, understand the deltas between sprints, and react accordingly
- In a timely fashion, communicate to other teams and product owners decisions made by the team.
