Position : Software Development Manager / Team Lead Reporting to : Business Operations Head Location : Noida Experience : 14 to 20 years No. of Positions : 1 Desired Profile Qualification ,Experience & Education: BE / B.Tech - Computer science, ME/M.Tech in IT/Computer science, MCA/M.Sc - computer science Years of Experience: 6+ years of experience in transaction processing / EMV / Switching / EFTPOS / Terminals / Specializes in POS / Smart cards / Payment Gateway Skills, Attitude & Professional Knowledge Strong domain knowledge of Payment processing Past experience working with transactional based solutions Sound knowledge of EFTPOS terminal development experience preferably with multiple EFTPOS terminals covering Verifone, Ingenico, Gemalto, Hypercom etc. Extensive experience building & deploying large multi-tiered payment solutions Strong project management and product management skills Previous experience of startup to stealth Strong C/C++ programming skills Good XML/JSON knowledge Knowledge of Financial and message encryption methods Hands-on experience of SQL database - SQL Server, MYSQL and POSTGRESQL Experience in testing banking / EFTPOS terminal applications. Skills Retail Point of Sale environment and knowledge Strong problem solving skills Ability to prioritize own activities so that all tasks are completed in a timely manner Good working knowledge of programming languages, tools and utilities Possesses solid knowledge of program design, coding, testing and documentation. Develops accurate task definition, estimates, and task schedules for own assignments. Manage the day to day operation of the development team Internally project manage ongoing projects Responsible for preparation and maintenance of problem logs (issue logs) and communicates log status to analysts or users Participates with Business Systems Analysts in the business design (requirements definition) and technical design (external design) of end-user applications systems. Assists with the implementation of new systems including the integration of the new system.
