,Position Description: Responsible for Execution of all major projects in Real Estate & Infrastructure, with specific emphasis on Quality, Cost and Schedule. Along with Project implementation- liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, etc.

Job Description

A background with Commercial / Residential / Infrastructure works with a reputed builder / Contracting Company. A proven track record in large projects would definitely be advantageous however, the following are essential to capture this stand:

Excellent Knowledge of the construction industry

Formulating & implementing Project Plants, Schedules, Systems & Standard, Operating Procedures, Time Plans, Activity charts for Project execution

Preparation of project reports and proposals and interfacing for securing mandatory sanctions/approvals

Strong planning and industry specific managerial skills

A strong Client facing attitude

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills,

A good record of delivering large commercial / residential / Infrastructure projects on time and under budget

In-depth knowledge/exposure to modern planning and procurement practices with a strong Techno-commercial background

Ability to manage multi location projects.

Track record of completing projects in a tight time frame.

Knowledge of latest Construction technology

Ability to drive Quality Management System across the Engineering Division

Good negotiation Skills - with Contractors / Vendors

Setting up mechanisms for audit, review and feedback so as to ensure completion of projects within allocated time and cost parameters.

Preparing project Budgets, Cash-flow and Cost Estimates.

Progress monitoring & Project Costing for various stages of Structure, MEP, and Finishing & External Development Activities.

Generation of MIS, Periodic Reviews & Monitoring.

Co-ordination with Consultants / Contractors, all External & Internal Agencies & Departments to work out Integrated Project Plans from Conceptual stage till its completion & delivery.

Resource Mobilization, Ensuring Quality Control & Standard for Construction.

Approval / issue of Work orders & Supply orders to Contractors.

Handling entire workforce at site and maintaining deadlines for completion of project as per planned schedule.

Profitability management leading to successful & timely completion of project.

Must focus on Schedule / Cost / Quality (QCT)
