Understanding of industry needs for employability by research and designing of education programs for the business development of the organization.
Program development and designing as per the requirement of clientele and vision of the organization, which reflects culture and values.

b. Research & Development.
Content Development Responsibilities
Research on latest trends in specific domain assigned and writes research paper on the same. Identify the Indian and global education trend and propose the educational program according to the current trend and industry requirement.
Design and develop Information Technology education programs, courses and curriculum.
Design and develop the course and curriculum as per the global industry standards-based and fits within programmatic and instructional guidelines for certificate, diploma , degree and master courses.
Design course syllabus, timeline of instructional activities (discussion questions, etc.), assessments, evaluation tools, texts and materials, by using sound and accepted curriculum pedagogical practices.
Establish overall goals, objectives and learning outcomes, including specific skills, as an outcome of the designed course.
Prepare program proposal by performing feasibility study of each education program, based on impact on employability skills, scope and applicability of the program in specific industry.
Design and organized programs in convincing way for a variety of target audiences.
c. Knowledge Management.
Knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer to the team members by researching on latest trends of the industry.
Knowledge of learning theories and Pedagogy, Andragogy
Understanding of industry needs and deliver lectures.
Write Research Papers, white papers on the current education trends to overcome the difficulties and develop the program which increase the employability in society.
Attend conferences related to education to understand the requirement of education industry, identify the gaps in program development activities by understanding the requirement and interest of the society.
Shares ideas and perspectives and encourages others to do the same;
Informs team and involved in a project of new development; Disseminates information to other employees, as appropriate;
d. Quality Management.
Ensure that the designed program meet the quality standards and norms of the Indian and Global education industry. Perform the feasibility study for the proposed and developed courses for better projection of organization products.
