We have an opening for the role of sales executive with one of our clients in Automobile industry. Job details are as below;
Designation: Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai & Gurgaon
Job Description:
The Sales Executive is responsible for sale of cars under various lease/ loan schemes of the company within a defined geographic area. They would report to their respective managers and attend weekly sales meetings.
This position will report to regional manager and will be responsible for the following:
a) Achieving the set sales targets by converting leads into clients and having a high conversion ratio.
b) Addressing client queries, requests and complains.
c) Maintaining the sales process through the CRM process of the company.
d) Aligning the sales process with the organizational policy for the standardization of positive client experience.
e) Submitting weekly sales report to the reporting manager.
f) Working effectively with the internal support team:
- Marketing and branding
- Product
- Procurement
- Pricing
- FMS
g) Organizing and conducting product related workshops at the clients premises.
h) Working in tandem with regional managers, procurement team and dealers for successful sales closure.
Skillsets:
a) Good communication and negotiation skills
b) Proven sales track record
c) Must know how to work in groups and should have excellent team handling and coordination skills
d) Expert knowledge of cars and financing of cars
e) Good customer service skills
f) Should be from the dealership background having sound knowledge of the automobile industry
g) Should have previous experience of selling cars and auto loans
Qualifications
a) Educational Bachelors or Masters degree (MBA not essential)
b) Work experience Preferably 2-3 years.
c) Personal attributes - Confident and high level interpersonal skills including the ability to persuade or influence others to accept a point of view, to adopt a specific agenda or to take a course of action; ability to be rational, objective and unbiased when making decisions or taking action; and ability to be open, flexible and creative with regards to time management and scheduling challenges. Must be ethical in dealings.
d) Other requirement Must be highly aggressive and dynamic professional.
