Job DescriptionProduct Planning:

  • Performance analysis of the range

  • Coordinate with buyers for product finalization

  • Capturing & updating buyers on key trends

  • Ensure availability of top selling SKUs in brands

  • Follow up for product inspection, price points, product information

  • Ensure end to end tracking of merchandise & accountable till merchandise reaches floor

  • Ensure majority of stocks are fresh and follow the ageing , forward cover norms


Financial Planning:



  • Optimum utilization of OTB


Vendor Management:



  • Follow up on Pos issued to brands and fill rate of the same. To also check price revisions if any and update the same before receipt of stocks.

  • To ensure proper documentation is in place before start of business with a vendor / renewals


Analysis:



  • Assist the buyers to analyze product health(STR) and update PSTR fortnightly Product sell thru monthly

  • Update on new launches and its performance

  • weekly once store-visit to check on stock issues/market feedback

  • Analyzing Product competition monthly


Desired Profile

Candidates from non apps background preferred.
