Qualification
Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical engineering.
Should have 5-8 years experience Commissioning of WTP with EPC Contractor Or in Operation of WTP using Membrane technology
Knowledge of various water testing standards would be advantage.
Functions :
Review of pre-commissioning and commissioning documents related to waste water treatment .
To commission the WTP project by Systems approach.
To assist in commissioning of WTP equipment by Vendors.
To liaise with Laboratory for various influent & effluent parameters.
To prepare Acceptance Criteria and to document Client Acceptance.
To prepare and perform Performance Test from the Field as well as from Control Room
To review P&ID, PFD if needed.
Preparation of Operating Manual
Liaise with client to resolve any Commissioning technical issues
Strong knowledge of waste water treatment process
