In his Role, the incumbent will be required to work closely with architects, construction firms and vendors. Would have to execute refurbishing of commercial and residential properties. He will also be responsible to revamp, redevelop various properties of the company and of Dubash Family.
Common tasks include screening and overseeing outside vendors, landscaping. As estate Manager, he may also be called upon to plan and execute various projects.
