Training Structure & Curriculum:

Broadly, the Training programme is structured into two areas;

- 75% of the training shall be an On the Job Training, which shall be conducted on the Shop Floor itself, and

- 25% of the training shall be Class Room learning that shall be delivered by a team of our highly qualified and experienced Leaders from various Departments. The Training Curriculum will encompass all the Behavioral and Technical aspects which will mould you into a Playing Captain at Trident. Details of the curriculum are as highlighted below:

I. Behavioural Training: The various modules covered will include Effective Communication & Presentation, Stress Management, Conflict Management, Effective Team Skills, and Effective Leadership et al.

II. Technical Training: The emphasis on technical training is to provide an in depth understanding of the various processes at Trident and shall include an overview of the different Businesses/Functions at Trident.
