Mandatory Skills:

1. Manual Testing, Web Application Testing, Automation Testing, Regression Testing.


2. Functional Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing.


3. Performance Testing, Security Testing, DB Testing.


4. Excellent knowledge on various Domains(E-Commerce, Finance, Healthcare etc)


5. Excellent knowledge in understanding the issues and propose new ideas


6. Analytical skills


7. Skills to analyze security threats


8. Active Team member and Smart Team Player


9. UML and designing ability


10. Experience in understanding Customer business needs


11. CMMI Process knowledge Added advantage


12. Smart in documentation


13. Excellent reasoning skills
    

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience in Quality Assurance, with experience writing test strategies, test cases, and in test automation.


2. Thorough understanding and knowledge of quality assurance processes, standards, methodologies, and tools.


3. Build and release processes and protocols, with working knowledge of source control systems.


4. Experience defining programs for Automated and Performance testing and developing


5. Experience with Load Runner or Silk Performer, QTP, WinRunner and other automated functional and Performance testing tools.


6. Experience with multiple types of "performance" testing, including specification compliance, load and stress testing, storage and bandwidth testing and capacity planning.


7. Ability to analyze large amounts of data and determine system areas of deficiency for further testing


8. Strong interpersonal and proactive leadership skills
