Responsible for assisting in implementing various HR policies & procedures by aligning the Policy in accordance with the corporate business plan & the latest Industry Standards
Handling Employee Grievances & queries.
Preparation of monthly payroll file including arrears, adjustment, status change and variance report.
Handling HR MIS
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience with HR Generalist role.
Should have experience working in a dynamic environment and meeting the expectations of stakeholder.
Candidates from IT industry will be given preference.
Should be well conversant with all the advance formulas of excel and preparing various kinds of report.
Candidate must have worked on ERP software preferably ERP Oracle.
