Minimum qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Related Field
12+ years of total industry experience. Strong technical experience and end-to-end development expertise in Java/J2EE technologies
Possess strong expertise of object-oriented design and development (OOA/OOD)
Deep knowledge about best coding & design practices and understand ways to write proficient & performance oriented code
Experience working with and applying design patterns to solve problems
7+ years of Java/J2EE Design and development and performance tuning experience.
4+ Experience in J2EE Application Performance analysis and tuning (thread and memory dumps analysis)
4+ years of strong Hibernate persistence Layer development and performance tuning experience using caching tools and techniques
4+ Experience in J2EE Application Server (JBoss or Websphere preferred)
Strong knowledge of any RDBMS (Oracle preferred)
3+ Years J2EE service design and development experience with XML technologies including XSD, XPath, XQuery, XSL, XSLT
Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills; proven ability to work with end users to understand and transform requirements to solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems
Team Lead experience
Preferred skills
Experience in Orace Server and SQL Tuning
Experience in Basic redhat linux
Knowledge of mortgage origination processes, including sales and/or Operations/fulfillment processes
Experience operating in a matrix management environment
Certification in Java Design/Architecture
