- 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development.
- Experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment is a BIG plus.
- Experience in generating new leads and converting them into accounts
- The candidate will be responsible for managing current business, ongoing assignments and acquiring new business.
- Able to create and deliver excellent presentation
- He or she should be able to determine the assignment costing.
- Extensive experience in Client Interactions
- Good with social networking
- Acquiring new clients is a must.
- Should have a very good experience in IT Industry.
- Candidates having good contacts with potential customers will be a preferred.
- Responsible for signing of contracts.
- Very Good communication skills
- Identifying potential clients in the Global market and initiate business, Business Development through regular follow-up using various media of communication as Telephone calls, E-mail, Internet search, Client Meetings etc.
