Engage and maintain the companys existing portfolio of nationwide channel partners
Develop and execute a national sales business plan
To develop a business proposition to attract dealers and distributors to sell the Companys products
To coordinate with the retail branch managers, for support in identifying dealers / distributors
To ensure that there is a consistent primary sales with each distributor and dealer
To ensure that there is consistent secondary sales from each dealer counter
Develop strategic relationships with key contacts from prospects and/or third party advisors
Demonstrate the ability to leverage resources and strategically manage the growth of customer relationships
Ensure that sales and revenue objectives are met and/or exceeded
Maintain an in depth understanding of the distribution industry and its members, regulators and service providers
Establish and maintain a network of contacts, connections, and relationships within the industry
Represent and promote the firm's image in the community by developing and maintaining business relationships with current and potential clients, influential people, etc.
Represent and promote the firm's product offerings and services at industry related trade shows and events, including presentations
Participate in budget planning and the close follow-up of actual monthly expenses as opposed to budget; analyze and justify any discrepancies
