In this role, your prime focus will be to handle the India office administration activities, including management of visitors, suppliers, telephone routing and administrative support to the extended local team. This role will also require a close collaboration with the local Customer Administrator.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Undertake switchboard call routing and provide voice user support services consisting of first level support, configurations and administration of telephone and voice mail services, organisation of PBX and voice mail backup.
- Perform external and internal visitor services reception duties (such as issuing access badges, organising and planning transport services, providing support during visit).
- Provide video user support and administer the conference system.
- Provide administration services such as conference room bookings and maintenance of the electronic telephone directory.
- Provide administrative support for mobiles and calling cards.
- Report problems and statements to more senior team members.
- Liaise with local vendors to ensure office facilities are maintained, bills are settled within due date and liaise with Finance & Administration team as required.
- Assist & support local events as required.
