Education:BE-Civil, PGDCM (Preferable)
Competencies:
Areas of experience in construction of Residential, large plant/manufacturing facility, IT park and Commercial complexes/malls are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the single point driving force at the region for managing all sites in that area driving the diverse team of our Project managers, contractors, sub-contractors and other vendors
Design coordination with local architect, structural consultant and others and trouble shooting of various sites
Understand various local issues technical and administrative and coordinate between corporate office and regional office /Site.
Draw up the site execution plan as per project planning done in MSP and ensure regular and timely updating as the tracking tool
Collection of data from new locations and site evaluation for property or land acquisition in the same state / region of the existing site
Approval of Estimation of client supply materials required at site and placing indents as per required formats.
Focus on timely completion of the project by rigorous adherence to schedule
Drive quality construction at site by ensuring strict supervision of the entire construction process by the responsible Project Managers
He/she will be posted at Regional offices across India as the Regional In-charge of Projects (Civil) after brief on-job initiation at corporate office and other sites under the guidance of Vice President-projects
