Responsible for project planning, monitoring, review and control to ensure timely completion.
Monitor the progress at sites, prepare and review statistical data and report progress of projects to Management/Clients/Consultants as required.
Shall obtain all MIS reports in time from the projects under control and scrutinize, prepare POA on criticalities, implement POA in consultation with VP (COORDINATION)MD, planning cell.
Consolidating, MIS reports and presentations for monthly management review.
Attend operational/monitoring/review meetings and follow up the concerned points vigorously within stipulated time.
Working out Initial Costing of projects in liaison with Tender Cell, Planning Cell, and Project Manager & Vice-President after arriving at quantities of material, labour & other elements.
Ensuring Cost Control tools aimed at ensuring profitability of projects.
Ensuring the physical, financial targets for projects under control as well as the key milestones are adhered to.
Liaise with Project Engineer/Manager in charge of execution of works in the respective sites.
Co-ordination with other divisions/sister companies.
Legal matters pertaining to the site in co-ordination with P&A Dept.
Responsible for ensuring the timely submission and maintenance all drawings, shop drawings, MAS, maintaining records and its Safe Custody at H.O.
