Job Description:
The Product Data Coordinator for Distributed Products is responsible for coordinating, analyzing, uploading and maintaining web content related data for Medlines Distributed Products. The goal of this job is to provide the best user-experience in the market to our Medline.com customers regarding national brand options available through our Distribution division.
Some of the responsibilities are:
Learn and understand the Medline.com product catalog design and search logic including the supporting software structures of SAP and ATG.
Classify items to ensure proper placement on Medline.com to facilitate the primary search capabilities on Medline.com.
Collaborate with the US team to obtain and upload data for display on Medline.com including images, web-friendly descriptions, attributes, product families, manufacturer and cross references.
Organize supplier data into the format Medline systems and online design requires for upload and display.
Secure and upload data to improve cross-reference information for branded to branded items.
Maintain short description text to properly identify items and basic characteristic to facilitate online search functionality.
Skills / Experience:
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree preferred
SAP and knowledge of databases is a plus
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel
Previous online marketing and/or data coordination experience preferred
Detail oriented and organizational skills are a must
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required
Excellent follow-up skills are a required
