I am having an opening for Senior Consultant- Client Services based out of Delhi with one of our client.


Name of the Position: Senior Consultant Client Services




Reporting To: VP Client Services

Years of Experience: 6 - 8 years


Mandatory competencies

-Excellent command over written and spoken English



-Excellent Presentation Skills

-Strong Problem Analysis and Problem Solving Skills

Additionally desired competencies

-Preferred: Familiarity with Technology deployed in the hospitality industry

-4 + years in Operating role with a Leading Hotel or a Consulting Profile

-Excellent Business Communication skills

-Exposure to interacting with International customers

-Confident, disciplined and Focused in Customer satisfaction

-Willing to travel extensively


Desired Education Background (degree and type of institute if applicable) Graduate/MBA


Job Description



As a Sr. Consultant, you will:

-Be required to gain a clear understanding of customers business and requirements and ensure that the chosen modules fit in seamlessly

-Be responsible for assuring our customers are provided efficient and timely support on a 24 x 7 basis

-Be responsible for software implementations on client site and ensure success of every project from planning stage to following up after the system is up and running

-Deliver outstanding training and handholding to clients across departments and positions

-Assume responsibility for all pre-site preparation and post implementation feedback

-Proactively conduct account reviews with customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends

-Isolate problem trends and ensure that troubleshooting efforts are completed for recurring problems until permanent solutions are found

-Proactively identify at risk customers and red flag to the Account Management team

-Test software updates or bugs from development team prior to client roll out

-Adhere to processes defined for case logging and project feedback

-Adhere to internal SLAs for Support and Customer Satisfaction

-Be expected to contribute to Product Improvement and Innovation based on customer feedback collected by you.
