-2-5 yrs years of experience as a US IT Recruiter and has good experience in end to end recruitment.
-Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract to hire and permanent positions
-Dealing with consultants on CITIZEN, Green Card Holders,. Negotiating the rates on Contract, Contract to hire basis
-Experience in handling end to end recruitment cycle.
-Be creative to identify avenues to search candidates and keep active database ready for client requirements
