1-2+ years of working experience in IT Technical Recruitment (US Staffing). Expertise in US Staffing with strong technical background and Internet recruiting skills
Experience in working on Contract, Contract to Hire, Full time requirements.
Experience with Job Boards like Monster, Dice etc. with Strong Experience in placing IT Professionals in US market with clients
Work effectively as a team member as well as an individual with minimal direction
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and leadership skills
Must have to work night shifts (according to USA Working Hours)
We will consider candidates with no experience if other qualification criterias are strongly met
