The Project/Technical Manager will be responsible for overall architecture and systems design and will lead development of various Microsoft Technology (C#. ASP.NET, MVC3/MVC4, XML, WCF, JQuery, WPF etc.) Projects with Microsoft SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 R2
Experience in .Net (4.0),MS SQL Server 2005 and Biz Talk
Should have experience working with global teams

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical leadership to the Software Development team, specifically in the areas of architecture and design, functional analysis and technology best practices and ensure proper application of technology and guide the development team
2. Demonstrate expert knowledge of technical design alternatives and the implementation implications
3. Analyzes functional design/overall application technical design and develops detailed module technical application for complex components
4. Mentors senior developers through formal and informal channels and effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential
5. Train the junior and senior developers on the Microsoft technologies by identifying the gaps
6. Responsible for planning and managing multiple concurrent projects in different technology/functional streams
7. Strong Experience in Agile development methodologies and Collaborate with Onsite managers, analysts, technical leads, business partners and developers throughout the SDLC
8. Provides technical direction for the design, development and systems integration across multiple business engagements from definition phase through post implementation
9. Suggest alternative technical solutions to meet the business requirement more efficiently and with greater reusability
10. Keeps Onsite manager well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff.
11. Identifies reusable code required for code library and maintains highest coding standards
12. Evokes creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas and career plans to fruition.
13. Manages client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale development efforts.
14. Anticipates clients needs and proposes alternative technical solutions.
15. Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
16. Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team members
17. Communicates effectively with onsite team to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
18. Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen onsite relationships.
19. Adheres to the application development and client delivery process standards; and sets up processes wherever required and makes process improvements.
20. Understands the benefits of the various programming languages and accurately suggests the use of the appropriate technology or the application development
21. Excellent communication skills and willing to communicate with US Manager on daily basis
