Technical Architect Product Based Company Hyderabad, 10 - 13 years exp, Hyderabad / Secunderabad

Position Summary (Roles & Responsibilities):

Analyze and interpret business requirements to technical specifications from a business stance to determine how the user will utilize the system.

Analyze existing applications systems and programming logic problems and, where necessary, revise the logic and procedures

Analyze, troubleshoot and profile Applications for optimum performance and business requirements.

Take part in design of Functional and Non Functional requirements of the system.

Develop technical requirements, solution architecture, structure and volume of work, project schedule;

Provide Interface, High level and Detail Level design documents.

Provide high level guidance and direction on project work

Provide technical specifications to junior resources.

Incumbent must have the following skills:-

Must be strong in object oriented & Multi-Threading concepts of Java technology on Unix, Linux & Cloud Environment

Strong in J2EE (including EJB and Web Services)

Experience in designing and strong in OOAD.

Sound knowledge on Architecture Styles, Design Patterns and UML.

Knowledge on app-servers such as Weblogic, Websphere, jBoss.

Must have good knowledge on XML

Must have good knowledge on SQL including scripting like K-Shell & PL/SQL.

Strong design experience and technical knowledge;

Must have strong communication skills

Must be experienced in providing estimates, team leading/coordinating skills

Customer service and detail oriented Strong technical aptitude.

Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements

Should have good grip on non-functional areas like performance, scalability studies, human interaction, software ergonomics

Education and Professional Certifications

Masters or Bachelors Degree in related technical discipline

10-13 years of experience in the IT and/or telecommunications industry in Java Technologies, preferably of which at least 3-5 years should have been in a project consulting or technical consulting role.

Strong understanding of Telecom BSS and CRM space.

Good understanding of OSS/BSS domain with an ability to architect appropriate solutions required in different telecom markets (convergent, wireless, wire line, broadband etc.)

Excellent communication, presentation, client facing, problem solving skills and ability to work in a high pressured environment.

Good level of English proficiency is required
