Qualification :- B.E / B.Tech Civil

Experience:- 3 to 10 years

Responsibilities:-

1. Planning and scheduling the project

2. Establish Project planning, Site management and coordination

3. Planning Engineer should be working on accurate baseline program and update the program on monthly basis

4. Engineer should be fully awareness about the logical sequence, interdependencies, scheduling and schedule compression

5. Should work independently on Mobilization plan, Level 4 Updates, Recovery Program, Histogram and Long Lead Items. All the time, good in handle multidimensional projects, this involves, good methodical approach, good man-hours calculation sheet, good look at Scope of Work & Condition of Contracts and take challenge like time justification for EoT besides assisting Project Managers.

6. Coordinate with various departments such as procurement, engineering and project management to development most effective plan.

7. Work includes assisting in finalizing Project Manager Reports for earned and actual values. These professionals must be experienced and creative and often work on their own initiative and the hours worked by Planning Engineer vary based on deadlines and multiple projects demands. Skill includes but not limited to Primavera Professional, Hourly Rates Analysis, Plant Productivity, Condition of Contracts based on FIDIC.
