Drive project execution and coach team on application of the latest project methodology.
Provide overall planning and organization during the design and construction.
Develop staff plans.
Coordinate all design engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
Lead the project execution, planning including contracting strategy development.
Analyze project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Initiate cost estimates and monitor project costs.
Enable and promote a robust change control system for schedule and cost.
Promote strong communication with all team members and departments.
Ensure implementation of constructability concepts.
Identify and take corrective action (with appropriate approval) to ensure the project goals for cycle-time, cost and quality are met.
Deliver as-built and operations /maintenance documentation to the facility.
Document key project measurements and learning experiences in the Project Closure Report.
Monitoring of the Project day to day in respect to Execution, Planning & Costing.
Programming for Manpower, Material & Machineries for the forthcoming quarter of the year.
Conducting daily meeting with all Engineers for further improvement of the project.
Reviewing Fortnight bills along with Planning & Costing Auditors.
Auditing the stores materials received for the last week with the assistance of the Costing engineers.
Preparing Agenda for Weekly ,General Body , Contractor ,Vendor meeting etc.,
Appraisal of Projects, Preparing Detailed Project Report, Preparation of Commercial & Technical Specification incorporating the standards and codes to be followed ,finalization of requirements, Cost Estimates, Preparation of tender documents, Tender Negotiations, Bid evaluation Contract documentation and payment schedule , Short listing of contractors/suppliers, Preparation of tender drawings ,evaluation of tenders , Preparation of Bill of quantities, Purchase Orders and vetting of suppliers drawings. On site, quality check, Bill certification, solution for critical problems at site. Resource planning and procurement
